She’s a 2 yr old and a cattle dog shepherd mix. She has the small stature and shorter legs like a cattle dog but has the big pointy ears and face of a shepherd. She’s had a rough start to life. We rescued her from seaaca shelter and she had bite marks all over her throat that were healing scabs.
She was shaking and terrified leaving the shelter and had to exit in a crate. In the last few months of feeling safe her sweet personality is coming out more and more! She’s incredibly smart and loves fetch!
She is still fearful going on walks and needs an alpha personality human to show her its safe. She would benefit from having her forever family work with a trainer to help her overcome feeling safe with her handler to enjoy walks again. She needs a masculine protector that she feels is parental protector. Becca is an amazingly sweet dog who can’t help the things that have happened to her and with the right person to make her feel safe she will make an incredible family dog!
