Maximus

This mushy potato’s name is Maximus and he’s a real life soul

dog.

He would be an EXCEPTIONAL ESA DOG!! He will confidently walk you through a crowd if you have anxiety. He loves car rides and is very in tune with his person. He senses when you’re depressed and will put his head on you and nuzzle. He checks on my clients while im doing a service and he senses when they have discomfort. Max is a perfect friendly dreamboat for anyone who is wanting a chill but younger pittie mix. He’s the ultimate cuddler and couch potato connoisseur but also enjoys leisurely walks with his foster. He walks like a perfect gentleman on leash and has a good pace. He won’t zig zag and always stays by your side. He will jog with you too. He is around 2.5-3 yrs years old.

He is crate trained, obscenely affectionate, and has great leash manners. He’s amazing with meeting new people, great with kids and a sweet tenderheart. He’s only good with female dogs or perfectly happy being the center of attention. He can be walked on leash past another dog, he can easily be redirected with upbeat positive encouragement or treats and will ignore the other dog. He won’t lunge, won’t react but he’s counting on you to vear him away from things he fears and praise him during the process. Face to face off leash isnt recommended.

His wounds are healing but its obvious he was attacked by another dog. He’s partial to pasta and loves Lady & the Tramp reinactments with his human.

Max was found chained up by squatters at an abandoned house in the hot desert. They were cruel to him so now he seeks affection and would take that over treats anyday. He was instantly grateful and loving on his rescue day. He comes to work with his foster and just lays on his dog bed with his bone. He has the pittie sized body with shorter legs, but has the mastiff head. He is such a mellow, sweet boy who is eager to love and make his future family or person happy.
