Are you willing to follow the rule of 3 and allow this dog to decompress and heal for 3 months – and agree to not dump the dog back on HH when things aren't easy?(Required)

If your circumstances change/vacations/emergencies you understand and agree that you are responsible to pay for boarding until another Foster Parent is found?(Required)

I wave all rights and claims against HHC regardless of the expense or damages incurred during the entire duration of fostering. Upon dogs arrival at my home, I understand I take on Legal ownership of the dog until foster contract has expired and the dog has been released from my care at a mutually agreed upon time. I will not pursue legal action against HHC and will not hold them responsible in the event that any injuries or property damage may arise.(Required)
